Geometry Set-Up Booking Terms

Bookings and vehicle condition

Your booking covers the geometry set-up and, where selected, cornerweighting described at checkout. We will confirm your appointment after receiving your order and preferred appointment time.

The booked price assumes that your vehicle’s suspension, steering components, tyres and adjustment points are in suitable condition for the work. Please tell us about any known faults, damage, previous repairs or modifications before your appointment.

Worn or damaged parts, seized adjusters or other issues may prevent us from completing the work or achieving the requested settings. If additional parts or labour are needed, we will explain why and provide a price before carrying out any additional chargeable work. You can choose whether to approve it. If you decline, we may be unable to complete the set-up. Any inspection, measurement or other work already carried out will be charged at the price agreed with you in advance.

Track use and road suitability

Some parts are intended for track use only, and some geometry settings are designed for track use rather than normal road driving. We will identify any such parts or settings that we supply or recommend and explain their intended use before you approve the work.

Please tell us how you intend to use your vehicle. Track-focused settings can affect handling, tyre wear and vehicle behaviour. You must not use a part or set-up on the public road if it is unsuitable or unlawful for road use. You are responsible for checking that your vehicle remains suitable for its intended use and for notifying your insurer of relevant modifications.

Joey’s Speed Shop Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage caused by pre-existing vehicle faults, subsequent changes to the vehicle, or use of a part or set-up outside the intended use explained to you, to the extent that the loss or damage was caused by those circumstances.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for work that we fail to carry out with reasonable care and skill.
